Which are the return / exchange options?
Νo refunds are made except in cases of defective products. You can exchange for products of equal or greater value.
You can exchange your products up to 15 natural days from the delivery date of the order.
Before you return your jewelry, you should enter into our “Return form” and fill the form.
Send the package on your own with the courier service you prefer (the shipping costs are at your own expense). It is important that the jewelry is returned in its packaging and in good condition in order to be accepted.
How long does the refund of defective products take?
The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to pay for your purchase in 15 working days since the reception of the return in our warehouse.
